Lux et Velocitas - Help Needed

This is a general call for help for the second annual cycling race "Lux et Velocitas".
Here's what is needed:
Course Marshal Volunteers:
Volunteers are needed for Saturday April 10 and Sunday April 11, 2010. The volunteering is organized in shifts from the start until the finish of each day. Yale Cycling team members are encouraged to volunteer; just keep in mind what time you are racing. I am relying on team members to get the word out that help is needed. Forward this e-mail or some rendition of it to your friends!

Please note that all volunteers will report to Wilbur Cross High School on Orange St. to start their day.

Here are the shifts that coverage is needed:
Saturday April 10, 2009
East Rock Individual Time Trial
41 NON-Racing Volunteers
7:30 AM - 10:30 AM One Shift! Must commit to all 3 hours.
Please note that anyone doing the ITT CANNOT volunteer for this shift.
This is the tough one, every team member needs to recruit someone. We did it last year, lets do it again. We got numerous compliments for the amount of on course guidance, let's keep up our good name. Hot coffee and bagels provided at the beginning of this shift at WCHS.

Saturday April 10, 2009
Race The Rock Circuit Race
3 Shifts of ~23 Volunteers Each Shift
10:15 AM - 12:15 PM
12:15 PM - 2:45 PM
2:45 PM - 4:45 PM
These times are tentative pending the final determined scheduling of races.

**There's a possibility that there will be $5 Gift Moe's Southwest Grill gift cards for all non-Yale Cycling team members who volunteer on Saturday.**

'Round the College Criterium
4 Shifts of ~10 Volunteers
8 AM - 10:30 AM
10:30 AM - 12:30 PM
12:30 PM - 2:30 PM
Exact shifts may vary by a few minutes once final schedule is produced.
